Daily Routine

Nursery routines help children to feel confident and secure, enabling them to settle well and make friends. Our routine is structured to allow quiet periods for the children. Nursery routine may change slightly from day to day or for special events, but most of the routine will stay the same so that your child will know what to expect.

7.30am - Arrivals – sign in

7.45am - Breakfast club

8.45am

• Free play
• Registration / Singing / Circle time
• Morning snack
• Focused activities for individual children or small groups
• Outdoor play

12.00pm

• Lunch
• Quiet time / Rest time

• Drinks available all afternoon
• Free play
• Activities

3.15pm

• Snack time / Tea time
• Story time
• Free play indoors or outdoors 
• Educational Fun DVD

5.30pm

• Evening Session (For children who remain for our evening hour, extra refreshments are available.  Children also have access to a variety of resources and free play)

6.30pm

• Farewells
